Description

Once upon a time there was a pony named Twilight Sparke who became an alicorn princess thanks to the magic of friendship. Yeah, I know a lot of people don't like the Twilicorn, but really, it is just Twilight with wings. I don't think we need to worry about her suddenly deciding to abandon the same ideals that led to complete Starswirl's spell, so she will just remain as Twilight Sparkle with a new title and fancy wings.

Okay, now that I have that out of the way, this is based on the Season 3 finale right before the episode ended when Twilight flew out of Canterlot. I had to pull a few scenes together to get the crown, eyes, and body all to look right.

I remember trying to justify this back in the day by saying that she probably wasn't really flying and that it was just something to end the scene with, but looking back, I was likely just trying to defend Twilicorn by any means necessary (I was one of the seemingly few bronies who liked the idea as soon as it happened.)


In reality it is likely that they did this scene before they knew the show was continuing, as this was actually written as the finale episode (which I didn't know at the time), but they found out they were going to make more seasons or something (which they did.)
