Moondust's New Horn

So I have finally made a vector of an OC. This isn't my ponysona though. Her name is Moondust since she is a bat pony and you can shorten it to cute things like Moonie and Dusty. She wanted to be like Luna, her favorite princess, so she re-purposed her cone of watermelon ice cream.
